Experimenting with textures in this piece, I wanted to depict my fascination with seeing faces in inanimate objects such as pillows, drywalls, clocks and specifically, wood. Oftentimes, in nature we see things and liken them to faces. Here, I made this as a fantastical reality where the tree truly does have a face this time.
